Ashley Kotalik founded Kotalik Art Advisory in 2012. She has experience in advising private clients on acquisitions and de-accessions from different periods. In addition to building and managing the collections of her clients, she has successfully developed long-term investment strategies for corporates and investment funds. Prior to founding Kotalik Art Advisory, Ashley worked at Christie's in client relations. She holds postgraduate degrees in History of Art from The Courtauld Institute and in International Business from European Business School London as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University of Miami. Ashley's experience at Christie's coupled with her art and business academic background, equips her with the unique perspective of the aesthetic/economic duality that is relevant in today's market.  As Client Liaison, Marcela maintains client relationships, conducting meetings, events, and after sales services. She is highly visually inclined with a keen understanding of spatial analysis that comes into play when determining the hang of collections for private and corporate clientele. Marcela has years of experience in London's top auction houses and has spent time managing sales of Contemporary art. She has completed Postgraduate studies at The Courtauld Institute and holds a Bachelor's degree in the visual arts from University of Arts London. 
Nikolay's remit is Business Development, with specific focus on investors in alternative assets who take a long-term position in acquiring art for their investment portfolios (e.g. family offices, wealth and asset managers) and collectors from the emerging markets. Nikolay is a former investment banker with Rothschild in London and has over 10 years experience in corporate finance and business development that includes a special focus on the creative industries, in particular media and entertainment. Nikolay holds an MSc in European Business and Management, Diplรดme de Grande Ecole and Diplomkaufmann from ESCP-EAP European School of Management.
